utilizing the third deck level. This model has two covered front porches, front sun deck area, one second level rear
covered porch, and large rear deck area. Constructed on a 100 foot long by 30 foot wide sea-worthy design
or on a 84 foot long by 24 foot wide calm water design motorized hull with cruising speeds of 9 to 11 knots.

First floor level has a living room (21'-0" x 23'-2") with
