level rear covered porch, and large rear deck area. Constructed on a 100 foot long by 30 foot wide sea-worthy design
or on a 84 foot long by 24 foot wide calm water design motorized hull with cruising speeds of 9 to 11 knots.
First floor level has a living room (21'-0" x 23'-2")
with an optional fireplace and entertainment center, dining room (14'-0" x 10'-10"), kitchen (16'-8"
x 11'-7") with pantry, breakfast area (16'-8" x 11'-7"), lavatory and closet. Second
floor level has master bedroom (18'-11" x 15'-1") with master bathroom (13'-0" x 7'-10")
and large walk-in closet (8'-0" x 7'-10"). Also on second floor level are two large bedrooms (18'-4"

off of hallway and large walk-in storage closet (10'-0" x 4'-5"). An optional third floor level can be finished
out as additional bedrooms with bathrooms or study/entertainment/game area. The third floor level is accessed by spiral
