TERMS & RATES

NANTUCKET 20' X 50' HOUSEBOAT

The prices listed below are for Houseboat and includes a 21’ Carolina Skiff for your personal water transportation.

Standard Weekly Rental: You start your week on Sunday at 10:00AM and return on Friday at 3:00PM. Prime Season- $3,600.00, maximum occopancy six (8) adults.

Terms and Conditions: A $250.00 interest deposit is required for reserving a weekly period one year to six months prior to weekly period of time of interest of rental.  Interest deposit refundable up to four (4) months prior to weekly period of rental interest, after which not refundable.  Interest deposit convertable at four (4) months prior to weekly period of rental for balance of $750.00 received prior to four (4) months of date of rental period.  A $1,000.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be held as damage / security deposit and returned after your adventure is over, providing there is no damage or missing items; minus gas and oil used on the skiff and the houseboat.. A minimum of $100.00 cleaning fee may apply in some cases. We must receive full payment thirty days before the start of your adventure.

Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation 30 days or more and receive a full refund minus a $250.00 processing fee. Any cancellation made within the 14 days will forfeit half of there deposit and any cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all of there deposit.

Pet Deposit: We are allowing pets with a $500.00 deposit. If no damage has occurred at the end of your adventure your pet deposit will be returned.
